DFO Resizer v1.2

Finally got around to to releasing update for the DFO Resizer. Pushing upto v1.2

Title Bar toggle is gone. Not needed anymore since they did fix that by allowing your the bar that pops up.
Added a Window Mode and Full Screen buttons. These buttons will create or delete the zo3mo4 folder in the default location c:\nexon\dfo\. It will not detect your install at this point. I will have this in sometime in the future.
Added a Start DFO button. This will take you to the game start page. If you are logged already it will start the game. If you are not logged in you will be prompted by the DFO website like it normally does for your login details.
Cleaned up some stuff and compressed the executable to reduce its size.

Protip: make sure you are in window mode! //window and the Window Mode are your friends.

I normally don’t blog anymore. Not that I did blog much before. At this point I’m trying to figure out what I want to do. Arujei.com was meant as a portal to host my finished projects and to host new projects as I work on them. There are several things I want to work on and I just haven’t started on any one project. The motivation to get something done just isn’t there. I have some joint projects that keep getting put off as well.

This website and my other website http://animekingdom.net need some reworking. I’ve only been doing the necessary work to keep the websites working. I stopped working on the Mabi Alarm rewrite since someone had released something doing everything I intended to put on mine. I keep doing random mods and scripting that I haven’t released because of various reasons. I even have a slightly update DFO sitting around that I haven’t tested much yet.

I been messing around with sever stuff lately. I setup some Left 4 Dead 2 severs for use with a steam group/guild I’m a part of. Setting up and breaking down servers just to see what I can get going. I’m pretty much just idling around doing anything that seems remotely interesting to me, but not really getting anything done.

I feel that I should get some of those joint projects done. At least those relevant to my current career path. That may help me get focused and figure out what I “need” to get done and eventually work up to what I want to get done. Once I get started I do get it done. Problem is getting started .

Quick update with the DFO Resizer. Pushing upto v1.1

Fixed the restore button. Now it restores to the exact crap-a-licious 640×480 resolution. Don’t know why I care but I do things like that.
Added a Hide button to hide the window. You can still access from the system tray icon.
Added a Title Bar toggle. Yes now you can toggle your title bar and over your window.

I’ve had a report of Windows Vista incompatibility. I don’t have vista installed for various reasons. If enough demand comes up I’ll see about getting it installed for testing.

update from tips and notes below:

It appears that this app does work in Win7 and Vista. A few tips that I
have seen are as follows:

Make sure you are in //window mode.
Try running as
Administrator. (Right-click and select Run as Administrator.)

So, I Finally
built a new pc Win7. Plus I fixed the issues on current PC. Now only if I could
manage my time correctly I could give DFO another run. Maybe some improvements
to this in the future. Though it does depend on which game sways me to play it
more. Aion Mabinogi been wining this battle as of late.

Dungeon Fighter Online Resizer.

Been a while since I wrote something useful enough to post. One of the complaints of a new game I been playing Dungeon Fighter Online (DFO) is that your window mode size is 800 x 600. Now that's annoying. Quick fix is just a small app that resizes the window. Not changing anything in the game just the using some windows functions that resize the window. No screenies no faq no readme its pretty straight foward. This will not change the resolution in full screen it just resizes the window plain an simple. Ok kiddies go back to playing.

Mabinogi Alarm Clock 1.2.1 Update.

Recent Update Notes.
V1.2.1 – Quick update to fix the hour not
saving on the second alarm. Also updated the
saving feature to save the time you set even
if the alarm is unset.

Its Arujei again with another update. I been playing Mabinogi again so you can drop me a note or whatever. This is also why I may have been motivated to update oh well. Straight from the update notes.

Recent Update Notes
V1.2 – Added Save functionality for each of
the alarms. If an alarm is save well set it
will keep those settings the next time it
starts. Small modifications to the code were
made to accommodate to this but there should
not affect the alarm. Updated for efficiency.

V1.1 – Added Options to be able to switch
Daylight Savings Time to match server. << This also had save functionality for those settings.

Silly me I didn't include anything to switch between Daylight Savings for the Alarm. So this quick little update does just that. It will let you change the server's Daylight Savings and saves the settings in the registry so you dont' have to change it every start up. I wanted to have some other features ready aswell but, time doesn't allow. So here you go.

Mabinogi Alarm Clock v1.0 Released

I have been working on a small scripting project. Though I should be working on other stuff too -_-;. Either way I'd like to share it. It was originally made for me and for the guild I'm in Onigiri (go check out out ;) http://onigiri.zuiken.net/). Mabinogi Alarm Clock is a clock based on the game world time of Mabinogi a online free MMO. This allows you two alarms each with its own audio sound.

Why is my time wrong or off?

You need to make sure your system time is correct. If it is not your Mabi Alarm will not function correctly.
